At Bongoemart, we aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


When is a refund applicable?

You are eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received a wrong product
  • You received an incomplete order

Important:
You must submit a refund request within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video). Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

We do not offer product exchange.


Missing Product Claims

If any item is missing from your order:

  1. Record an unboxing video while opening the package
  2. Provide:
    • Product details (size/colour)
    • Missing quantity
    • Clear images
  3. Submit the complaint within 24 hours of delivery

Without proper proof, the claim may not be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

  • After submitting a valid request, our team will review and contact you
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refund time may vary depending on your payment method

When is Return Applicable?

You can request a return if:

  • Delivered product size or colour does not match your order

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours with proper proof.


When Return is NOT Applicable

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • You fail to report within 24 hours
  • Colour variation occurs due to screen/display differences
  • You are not satisfied with product quality
  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • For fashion items: trial is allowed, but no washing or damage
  • Must include:
    • Original tags
    • Packaging
    • Accessories (if any)
    • Warranty card/manual (if applicable)

How to Request Refund/Return

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the Return/Refund section
  3. Fill in the form with accurate information
  4. Submit your request

Return Delivery Process

  • Inside Dhaka: You may return via courier or drop at our office
  • Outside Dhaka: Send via courier only

Before sending the product, you must inform us via phone or email
